LES SCHWAB SCAMMERS
Beware this place is running a scam and want your money. I went in for free tire pressure monitor system diagnostic. The technician Michael proceeds to grab a handheld machine and runs the TPMS diagnostic. Michael told me I needed all of my tire pressure monitor change. In my opinion, the person helping me acted shady. I asked what was the problem. He said something like the battery for tpms are low and they aren't communicating. He proceeded to give me a quote for $454.61. Something just didn't feel right and I left.
I decided to go to Discount Tire in Outlet Collection. The manager Chris helped me out and ran the diagnostic again for free. He said my tpms just needs re-calibration. He did it in less than 2 minutes. Chris did this service for free.
BEWARE OF LES SCHWAB SCAMMERS.
I decided to call Les Schwab and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Doug (the manager) and told him I am aware of the scam they are running. He acted surprised but the quote salesperson shows his name Doug E. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE, unless you want to give them money for no reason.
