Senior Citizen charged 44.52 for Oil and Filter change-and told "NO PROMOTIONS" when MA 1338 was promotiom
Joseph Molino was the service consultant I worked with. I was shocked when he presented me with a bill of 44.52 for an Oil and Filter Change. I inquired about a senior citizen discount. His reply was no. On Lester Glen's website there was a promotion MA 1338 for 29.95 expiring 11-27-19, I guess this promotion does not apply to senior citizens. On the Customer's Copy of the Bill, the breakdown was Job 1- Parts $21.99. Job 2- Labor $17.96 Then there was a Misc charge $1.80 and titled Job "A" On page 4 Dealership Copy indicated "A basic oil and filter change with multi-point performed and supplies" totaled 15.82, The dealership has to make a profit but the difference between $44.52 and $15.82. is too great. RECOMMENDATION-suggested to have oil pan resealed (Not replaced or new) which would take 4-5 hours. A loaner car would be provided, but I would have to pay $35.00. Very dissatisfied with treatment towards a senior citizen. Joseph Molino you win the 'SHAME ON YOU employee of year award.
