I received an email with a lower, but relatively reasonable offer for my 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio with roughly 60k miles. I was contacted by a woman named Evelyn via phone and text to take the vehicle in for an appraisal.
I took time off from work Thursday morning to take it in. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told I would receive a final number later that day. No one called.
I followed up with Evelyn on Friday and was told someone would be reaching out shortly. Again, no call. No call over the weekend either.
After following up again on Monday, I was finally informed that the person that had handled appraisals was no longer with the dealership. I then received an offer that was significantly lower than the original figure, I had been offered (over 4k) despite providing documentation showing the vehicle has upgraded trim, a premium build out and red leather interior which is spotless, a clean history, no accidents, no damage, and only around 60,000 miles.
there was no communication, no professionalism, unanswered follow-ups, and they completely wasted a customer's time only to present an offer, that wasn't even remotely comparable to others I have received from other establishments.
1 star is far too generous. If you're considering selling or purchasing a vehicle here, l cannot advise strongly enough to look elsewhere.
