Bethman accepts walk-ins, which is amazing if you just happen to be in the neighborhood and you need to drop off your car for an oil change or an inspection. Having said that I did call ahead for an appointment and they were great about giving me the time and day that I asked for instead of telling me what they had available.. I dropped a car off told them I would wait for it and I was going to walk around in town. My mechanic said he would call me when it was ready. The whole thing took one hour very happy.
