When a customer comes in and tells the employee he’d like to have the U joints replaced and they question me why with a vehicle that has 175,000 miles on it they should just do it, that’s what the customer wanted instead they want to take it for a test drive and could not hear the noise that the customer hears that is different. I still have 175,000 miles on these U joints and paid close to $100 for them to tell me they couldn’t hear it, that’s not right. Take my name out of your system, I won’t be back.

Good afternoon. We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We were very upfront, and honest with you from start to finish during the inspection of your vehicle. You had stated that you thought it may have been a failed or worn u-joint when you dropped off the vehicle. You also stated multiple times that it was very hard to hear, and that there may indeed be nothing actually wrong. We then had multiple techs take time to test drive, and perform a full inspection on the vehicle. We were unable to confirm the noise during test drives, and or during the inspection. We are not in the business to sell you something that is not needed. Throughout this process we were never told to just replace your U-joints. We also noted all of this on your paperwork when you picked up the vehicle. We are sorry to hear you were anything other than completely satisfied with your visit. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. We wish you nothing but the best, and hope you have a great day.
