Absolutely Terrible
This shop offers a lifetime warranty on products and services. When i brought my vehicle to have a warranty issue addresed they denied help by saying my car part was totalled and they would not help. I got a second opinion from another shop and they said my part was broken and they should honor the warranty. Littleton auto said they would repair it and when they tried they did it completely wrong and totalled the auto part. They continued to say their mistake was my fault and they would not help me. I had to take this company to small claims court. The owner doesnt pay his employees and the owner Ken is frequently using drugs at his place of work. Absolutely do not reccommend this company - your automobile will come back more broken than it went in and they will not support their warranty. You will end up at small claims court. This company needs to be shutdown ASAP.

Not good
To start I asked for the bolt to be removed from my turbo so I can reinstall my heat shield, the threads are destroyed, there is no way to use the hole again, second I had zero updates the entire time, I had to call after days upon weeks to get an update, thirdly I was told it would be 4 days, there were some things added which I understand but they didn't even start till 3 days in, it took 3 weeks, they didn't even use the brand new spark plugs I supplied, says they cleaned and adjusted the one installed which with iridium plugs you're not supposed to do, if you're going to replace new coils why not replace the plugs too!?

Service and pricing
My wife went to Littleton oil Repair on Coalmine Ave Went for the wounded warriors oil change . Check for 20 dollars. I . Found a 10.50 charge for oil change and filter at right column also 5 dollars and change. Can’t figure those out. BG K44 gas treatment ( just open can and pure in ). Last time charged 28 dollars now 53 dollars. Can order Walmart or Amazon 25 dollars a can. Used to rotate tires for free now 15.00. (I’m ok with that) maybe I don’t understand the bill but not even going back to ask. Oh last time overfilled oil, went back they had to drain out about 1/2 Quart..Nextdoor blog didn’t have real good things to say about them.but then again no one seems to care about service anymore.My wife went for service not me and I wasn’t there to speak up. So I’m signing this anonymousl!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
I brought my recently purchased used Subaru Forester to this shop just two days after buying the vehicle. I specifically asked them to address a rattling noise on the right side, a persistent tire pressure and coolant light, and an issue with the front windshield wiper fluid not dispensing. I paid for a full diagnostic, expecting a thorough inspection and proper repairs.

Unfortunately, none of the key issues I mentioned were resolved. Instead, they replaced coils and shocks, which cost me nearly $3,000. After returning from a short vacation, I noticed the original problems were still present—along with new ones, including a missing screw from my front bumper and fluid leaking onto the floor near my feet.

To their credit, they agreed to take another look at the vehicle without charging for a second diagnostic. However, they then informed me that the right front shock (which had supposedly just been addressed) and the front control arm now needed replacement—at an additional cost of nearly $3,000.

While the staff were courteous, the quality and transparency of service were deeply disappointing. I’ve had much better experiences with places like Grease Monkey and Midas. I left feeling taken advantage of and still without a properly functioning vehicle. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and honest automotive service.

Great service and mechanics!
I had a bad experience at another shop and my husband and I stopped by a couple of months ago. We had a nice chat with a couple of the mechanics and decided to make this our new shop!
