Quick and explained everything!
I took my 2011 Ford Edge in thinking it was my transmission turned out it wasn't and they explained everything in detail so that I could make the right decision I was absolutely thankful that they did that because I wasn't sure what I was going to do. They were quick with the diagnosis process only took about an hour. They came highly recommended by two different friends and I am glad I went to them. I'm looking forward to working with them to finish up the repair on my vehicle.
