Been using Long's since I retired several years ago. This visit was for major maintenance requiring front end parts replacement. They were on time, total cost was what they quoted, and the car was as clean on return as it was when I dropped it off. Explanation of work is always detailed and understandable for us 'non car gurus'. As a female, you won't wonder if you're being ripped off, either. Very trustworthy, and reasonable pricing.
