I purchased 4 new tires. They charged $20 for road hazards. I didn't ask for that. Yesterday I had a very low tire at my house. I aired it up , went to them to have them fix it. It was going down 15 minutes later when I got there. They said they couldn't get me in for 4 hours later that day. Was i supposed to wait in their parking lot for 4 hours?? They aired it back up and I went to Les Schwab and they fixed it right away for free. I spent around $7,000 with them and Northwest Auto ( their other company) in the last 7 months. It was a FLAT REPAIR!!!They are a tire store!!! Don't recommend either places. They want to take ALL your money .
