New Battery

Great service
Set up an oil change appointment via their website. Mr. Lorick confirmed appointment even though it was after hours. Dropped car off the night before and received a message the next morning that it was done. Not only changed the oil but also topped off the fluids, lubed the chassis where need (tie rod ends have grease zerts), checked tire pressure, and performed a safety inspection. All for $65.

Tires and brakes
Brought my truck in to have all four tires replaced. They discovered my rear brakes need replacing and did a great job with both. This is a great shop! They always do what they say and in a timely manner. Communication is key in any business and this shop does it well! Thanks Mike for the advice and I recommend this shop to anyone that needs general auto repair or maintenance.

A True Honest Mechanic
In this day and age, a lot of people are trying to squeeze as many dollars out of you as they can. Every industry is gluttonous and filled with greed. Mechanics are notorious for this. It’s nice to know that there is one honest mechanic still out there. They had to deliver some very bad news about my family’s car today, but they were honest and didn’t sugar coat it. They charged us for exactly what we needed and I appreciate that more than they can know. When we get a new car, and every car I have from now on will be serviced here. They will always have my business. Thank you Lorick's for your integrity and fantastic work.

Thanks to that business. Great customer service!!!!
We are from out of town, the heater hose busted in downtown Columbia SC when my wife was by herself. I drove to the location and put a couple of plugs in the holes and praying that I would get back to North Augusta. When I saw Lorick’s I pulled in and immediately someone came out a took a look at my problem, and within the hour I was headed west on I-20 driving a fully repaired Yukon. Great customer service!!!!
