I do not recommend Lump & Sons
I don't recommend them. Not once did anyone tell me there was going to be any type of cost until they brought my car up front. I didn't sign any paperwork giving permission to do anything to my car. That's pretty crappy!!! And unprofessional. I'm a former automotive manager, and if one of my employees did something like that. We'd be eating the cost. You can't just assume someone wants or can afford the service at the moment. I'd like a refund, for being lied. I was told if anything needs to be removed off the car to help diagnostic the issue they would let me know. I was in the waiting room the whole time. They can make a wrong thing right.

Always something.
Through I am happy with the repair itself; added issues were caused. One, Through I know I have minor issues with my coolant and oil leak; both were empty when I checked them. My coolant reserve is no longer secured.. to ANYTHING. I am no longer able to close my hood. They were nice enough to fix my front grill's missing fasteners but, one of the holes they "fix" was for rod to hold open my hood. I am moving so I do not have time have anything corrected.
