Disiderio said it took 10 to 15 minutes longer than promised because they forgot to mention to him the vehicle was ready. They did a good job at diagnosing the problem and smell from the air conditioner was gone. The only thing he was upset about is the problem they found was the battery IMA, which was going to cost him $2,000 to fix.
