You have the right to express your thoughts and feelings how ever you wish. However, your note is incorrect and it is false. Our diagnostic fee is well worth. Our technician get paid by their time to complete the taks. As you stated, we do spend time to complete the diagnostic. The diasnotic average takes two to three hours and we only charge for one. We do not just connect the scanner, read codes, print it and hand it to you. We provide a depth explanion with photos where area is accessible. Hopefully, you read your invoice where we included details of the diangostic notes and recommendations, also includes disclosures stating the charges and warranties. We provided our recomendations with average cost which at the end you as a customer decide how to address the repair. We are a honest and professional company, and we help our customers as much as we can. Unfortunately, we get paid by our time and work done. I do not believe any company or employee will work without compensation. Also, our policy behind our work is unquestionable to resolve. We take responsiblity with no questions to resolve the repair and we acknoledge when the task is out of our scope but we always help our customers to complete repairs the most cost effective way.
