Great Service!
The online appointment scheduling was super easy (even though it somehow got my last name wrong). The man who checked me in was very pleasant. The team was informative and up-front with me about needs and cost. I did not feel pressured into unnecessary car repairs. I was treated very respectfully.

Great Service
We needed new brakes and rotors. They got us in quickly. We dropped the vehicle off and they called shortly after to let us know an estimate. Finished all the work in around 5 hours total. We will use them again for sure.

I had an exceptional experience at MAC Auto in Beckley today. From the moment I walked in, Jeffrey greeted me at the counter with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for the visit. Randy, the main mechanic, thoroughly assessed the balance issues on my tires and pinpointed the cause of the vibrations. He took the time to bring me into the garage, explained the specific parts involved, their functions, and the repair process—providing an impromptu yet informative lesson that I greatly appreciated. Tim also contributed by offering valuable information, enhancing my understanding of the situation. Additionally, a female mechanic showed genuine empathy toward my concerns, further exemplifying the team's commitment to customer care.

The entire staff was outstanding, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The waiting area and restroom were clean and comfortable, with WiFi available if needed. Pricing was reasonable, reflecting the quality and transparency of their service. Given this experience, I plan to make MAC Auto my go-to for all future automotive needs.

Polite, knowledgeable, professional. Took my sons 2002 Grand Cherokee in for brake work. Randy, the service tech was thorough with his analysis and gave solid recommendations. Jeff the manager was polite and helpful. Second vehicle I had serviced there and would give this shop an A+.

Will always be a return customer
The people out at Mac's are always friendly and helpful. We brought the vehicle in on Tuesday over a loud muffler and a clanging noise. Made an appt for that Thursday and was in and out with a new muffler in no time. I love that the mechanics actually take you into the bay and SHOW you what's wrong and explain it in a way that anyone can understand. Really appreciate you all!
