Jessica, this one honestly means more to us than you probably realize. ❤️ We know walking into a repair shop with a used car and no idea what you’re going to find can be pretty intimidating—especially when you don’t have someone you trust to help you navigate it. That’s exactly why we try so hard to explain what we find, what actually needs attention, and what can wait. You should never have to feel like you’re being talked over or taken advantage of just because you’re not a mechanic.

Unfortunate to say, I do not have that person in my life to help guide me purchasing a reliable vehicle or a relative to call up for a tune up/ fix. If you are someone such as myself and need a shop that will be so helpful and extremely genuine, GO TO MAC’S AUTO & DIESEL REPAIR!!!
I bought a used vehicle and I took it to them and I held my breath not knowing what all needed to be fixed up. I got the update and thankfully, I didn’t feel overwhelmed in anyway hearing what needed to be done.
Tosha, the service advisor, informed me what needed to be prioritized since there was plenty that needed to be taken care of. If I may say, this amazing human radiates shop mom energy and does a ton to make customers feel 100% secure with any concerns/ issues. You’re the best shop mom ever! Dave, the incredible owner, has an immense amount of care for his customers and it’s absolutely visible. The man truly does it all with the biggest smile on his face. I’ve met a lot of grumpy men that will take advantage of a female with car problems but I do not have to worry any more. Thank you for creating a warm environment for all in the shop and being truly sincere in your work!
