I went to three Auto repair shops regarding new brake pads for my Mercedes SLK300.
Magic Auto was the most honest and fair.
Joe, was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. He listened to me and checked part numbers to ensure as I requested the pads and rotors would be genuine Mercedes parts specific to my model car.
To endure their honesty, Joe lifted up my car for he and I to inspect the condition of the pads and rotors. It was obvious it was time to replace them.
I later met Daniel. He too couldn’t have been nicer along with the technician that conveniently picked me up so I return to Magic Auto to pick up my car upon completion. I will definitely be back.
