My 2016 Lexus RCF was stolen at the dealership lot while being serviced!!
My 2016 Lexus RCF was in for repairs after it was recovered from theft on July 3, 2024 then on August 10, 2024 I was supposed to test drive my car after they fixed it and during that day my car was stolen at the Fremont Lexus lot before I was able to test drive it. The Service Manager Scott Howell, filed a police report and he informed me that the valley attendant saw something suspicious outside. There were multiple guys wearing a hoodie and they had a Dodge parked outside. The valley attendant went inside but did not take any action to prevent it nor informed any authorities. When he came out he saw the thieves driving my car out of the lot along with the dodge car. Despite my car being stolen on their lot, Lexus of Fremont still charged my insurance $9009.17. Furthermore, they parked my car in an open lot being well aware that the passenger side of my car window was broken into previously the first time it was stolen. They did not take precautions or steps to prevent it from being stolen. My car was later found completely stripped apart!
