New truck and bed cover installation
First, the truck I purchased from Mark Martin is amazing! Second, Cody and Mike made the buying process incredibly easy and quick. They introduced me to the entire staff and by the time I left they treated me like they knew me for years. Very personable, friendly, and helpful. The service department installed the bed cover which I purchased flawlessly. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Great service
Went there for oil change and tire rotation,but the mechanic noticed it was the last day of inspection.I swallowed my pride when they offered to inspect it. They then saw my registration was about to run out,they also offered to renew my registration online. I always prided myself on keeping up on these matters,I was humbled but very grateful for the service I received here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

State inspection , oil change and tire rotation on a 2024 Jeep Wrangler felt more comfortable going to Mark Martin’s than a dealership
Pleasure with to work with making an appointment dropping the car off and picking it up did a good job at a reasonable price for state inspection and oil change and tire rotation. my other vehicle I had a leveling kit put on a Ford F150 2021 new bigger tires and alignment was very pleased with the price of both services and the quality of the work if I was in the market for newer used car they would be the place I would stop at first

Serpentine belt replacement
The service department was very quick and efficient in giving me an estimate to replace the serpentine belt on my 2016 wrangler. They completed the job in a very timely manner. Not to mention that they were very courteous and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

I bought the Trail Boss in October with just under 50,000 miles. The rear brakes started making noises in June according to my wife, who primarily drives the truck. I took it for a drive and confirmed the rear brakes and rotors needed work. Long story short Cody advised me to bring the truck in to have the service team look at it. They replace the rear rotors and brake pads the same day while I waited and we’re willing to split the bill with me!
Needless to say, I am very happy and impressed with the customer service from the entire Mark Martin Team!
