Lightning Fast Service
My trusty 2003 Dodge Ram PU left me stranded for the first time and required a AAA tow to Marshalls. Next available appointment was 3 weeks out, but Marshalls accepted the vehicle and promised to work on it if there were any cancellations. Two days later a diesel transfer pump was replaced and I was driving the pickup home with engine running great! I have used Marshalls in the past as well. They are a competent group with fair honest pricing. I am 70 tears old and have never experienced a better organization. Strongly recommend!

Brakes done expertly
I took my 2001 F150 in for a partial tuneup a few months ago. When I picked up the truck, I was advised that I needed front brakes. I asked for an estimate so I could save for the work.

The work was completed in one day - final cost was right in line with the estimate.

I'll take the truck back in a few weeks to have a complete tuneup done. These guys are professional all the way around. Mechanic work is expensive - why not have it done by people you trust?

Check-engine light still comes on after about 13 minutes.
I picked up the car, and it now starts and runs smoothly. The "Check-engine" light still comes on when the thermometer shows about 180 degrees, and this is reproducible. Any idea what might cause this?

Great Job as always
As a single older woman, I appreciate Marshals' great work. They are trustworthy and loyal. I had to ask to be worked in due to scheduling conflicts. They were able to accommodate, and I surely appreciate it. They have been doing my work for years and I don't even live in Redmond.

Top notch service as always.
We have been using Marshall's Automotive for as long (10 years) as we have lived in Redmond. I took our 30-year old VW in because two engine lights were on. Lance diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us an estimate for the cost of the repair. They fixed the car expertly and for the price they had quoted.

Top notch service as always.
We have been taking our car to Marshall's Automotive for as long as we have lived here (10 years). Two engine lights were on. They diagnosed the problems quickly and fixed the 30-year old VW at a very reasonable price.

The most honest auto mechanics in Deschutes County
Once again, the work they provided was beyond my expectations. They are hard working and very honest. This is the type of shop we grew up with our fathers taking their trucks to for 30 years. Thank you to the whole crew.
