Well if you didn't want to work on it why lie and say you did remember we are gonna fix it no matter what it take and from the review I'm not the only person that feel you all are some crooks the fun part is you said it need a motor but apparently it did

We just dont replace head gaskets on older vehicles with other issues and chances of issues if they did and it worked out thats fantastic. and video evidence of your cylinder head leaking is not being a crook- and we dont fix anything for free - we are sorry that you feel cheated or slighted in any way Mr. Spencer but i can garuntee you that the vehicle was throughly inspected and you did not voice those same opinions in person - as you are on the internet. I remember every conversation. takes a strong man to talk behind the words of another and not in front of someone - no one is upset in this situation but you. and i hope that the vehicle runs great and that the hybird battery system which you have no idea about continues operating great. if you ever need anything else done we would appreciate it if you look else where for the help thanks.

Im sorry your third rate warranty did not want to fix your car for free after you took it to other shops and wasted your money on coils and did not get a proper diagnosis. Buying a luxury vehicle means luxury responisbilities and maintenance being upset that your vehicle needs repaired and being upset that someone does not want to work on a 13 year old hybird vehicle with head gasket issues that were failed to be mentioned that had been trying to bandaid by other shops. sounds like a personal problem not a shop issue.

It got done
The work is performed quickly but I just wished I was told the price beforehand and not after the work was done. I left being told I'll out a quote together for you and give you a call. Instead the call was made after everything and it was hey it was XZY and it's $995 for wires and a battery and labor the was 500. I just wished it was said prior to the work, because what if I didn't have it?

Quick and great service
They did a really good job. The only issue was the back and forth between the extended warranty people but that wasn't on the shop.

Will definitely do business with them again

Overall great service from start to finish. Was pleased to get a confirm date to bring in my truck for same day repair Great diagnostic and follow up repair.

Friendly service but poor communication
I have had work done in the past, with great communication and excellent service. Unfortunately, this time was a different story with poor communication and extended wait times. While I would return for more work, I will probably define my expectations and timeline up front.
