Oil change
Neil-owner of Master Mechanics is the best! He and his staff, (Craig and Dillon) are totally awesome!
I bought my vehicle in for an oil change. Neil had just returned from vacation. He rolled up his sleeves and jumped right into work mode. He took care of my oil change, checked my hood to make sure everything was okay. In less than 30 minutes, my vehicle was ready. I am always pleased with the work that Neil and his staff does. They are friendly, kind and professional.

The best
In my opinion, the employees of Master Mechanics are the most professional expert mechanics available in this city. To be honest, I really don’t know about the rest of the shops in new Iberia because I have no need whatsoever to go anywhere but at Master Mechanics.

Put regular gas in diesel trucknn

Outstanding assistance and service
One of my vehicle windows would not close. I called first thing this morning and they told me to bring it in. When I got there I asked if they could also change the oil and fix a blinker light that was out. I got a call mid morning with an estimate. The next call was at about 2:30 to let me know it was ready! This was an outstanding experience ~ the guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will always call Master Mechanics when my vehicle needs servicing!

Wonderful people / awesome job/ quick response
When I called to discuss issues with my car Mr Neil sounded concerned and willing to help me get an appt ASAP. I explained what I thought the problem was and he didn’t brush me off like, he actually listened. Wonderful people over there. Picked up my car and they did a great job!!!

Soft brake pedal
Had a soft brake pedal I dropped my SUV off after hours Got a call 1st thing in the morning had a faulty master cylinder but also possible problem with ABS I appreciated the heads up to an addition problem Unfortunately it was also ABS issue but bc Neil gave me the heads up I wasn’t unprepared Gave the go ahead on the repair They had it ready the same day and I really appreciated the calls to keep me updated I paid in cash so the discount was an extra bonus!
