All aspects of service - setting appointment, explanation of work performed and work recommended (brakes next time), calling when work was completed, were handled in courteous and friendly manner. I feel that this is an honest and ethical shop and will continue to have my car serviced at Mastertech. Got my wife to take hers there too.
