Fixed C70 convertible top
Quickly addressed a problem I had with my convertible top. Fee was very reasonable. I will return here for future work. You can tell the owners really love Volvos here.

Great service for our XC60
Went for diagnostic with the HVAC, Master Techs were able to diagnose and come up with a quote quickly. They also did a once over and let us know what should be changed immediately and what could wait a bit. Allowed them to go ahead with brakes as well. Overall prompt service that was top notch and reasonably priced. I'll definitely bring my volvos here from here on out.

This Volvo speciality repair shop never disappoints and is great to deal with. The techs are on point and are good at explaining things. I travel almost a hundred miles to use for all my service needs.

Efficient and caring.
We live 50–60 minutes away from Master Techs. A busy schedule prevented us from meeting our scheduled service date on our Volvo xc70 ; however, returning from Greensboro I phoned Wes Benson at Master Techs to see if he could work us in for service on our return trip. On short notice, Master text, fortunately had an opening to work us into today’s schedule., saving us time and money since it eliminated a 90 miles round trip. Excellent service from people who care.
