Front desk was polite , overall service terrible !
I go there because clearly I have a coolant leak ,I see that with my own eyes he calls me back a few a hours later an says I need a radiator it’s gonna cost 660 to get it fixed I’m like huh ! I told him I would come get the car thinking he would be telling me why he thinks I need a radiator or where it’s leaking from or something other than him just telling me that yea you have a leak he never said if he checked to see if it was a hose or something that needed to be repaired like a clamp or anything which it turned out to actually be smh he charged me 72 buck to tell me what I already knew then woulda charge me $660 if I didn’t see though it ,seeing that the issue cost nothing but another diagnosis fee of $25 and a little due diligence to see that the clamp was halfway off smh BAD BUSINESS !!

Hi Brian,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re glad to hear our front desk staff treated you politely, but we’re sorry you were dissatisfied with the service experience overall.

When your Chrysler 200 came in, a coolant leak was present. Our initial inspection indicated coolant loss consistent with a radiator failure, which is why that repair estimate was provided. As with many cooling system issues, some leaks can appear more severe until a more detailed inspection is performed.

The diagnostic fee you were charged covered the time spent inspecting, pressure-testing, and identifying the source of the leak. Ultimately, the issue was determined to be a loose clamp, which we’re glad was a simpler fix than initially suspected.

We understand your frustration and regret that the situation did not meet your expectations. If you would like to discuss this further, we welcome you to contact the shop directly so we can address your concerns one-on-one.
