Masterworks is a trustworthy company, and I say this after unnecessary service recommendations from a Toyota dealership. Suspicious about the dealership, from which I always receive a $1000 bill. I took the car to Masterworks, which could have simply replicated all or part of the dealership suggestions. No, Masterworks said the car needed no service. It did not even charge for labor. Both of our cars, a Mini (already serviced by Masterworks) and the Toyota will now be seen by Masterworks for all service.
I needed an emissions test and came in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. They made it so easy and fast that when I was done, I got home and my wife asked, “too busy? You have to go back?” And was so surprised it was all done. Will always go come back here. They are trustworthy and efficient!
Service was fine, but wait time rather long. Would like transport service (but know you won't do it)
The place was extremely busy, and my 8am appointment meant nothing. I got the car back about 4. If it is IN at 8, it should be ready earlier. However, service itself is fine.
Came in for a braking issue, left with new brakes which cost significantly more than any other brake job I've paid for. Worst of all, still experiencing the same issue I came in with. Have decided for myself they're not worth the cost. Just average service all around - poor pictures of the problem, diagnostic fee was not removed on final bill plus extra shop charges, poor communication about how long the job would take (just tell me straight). They do work hard though, got the job done inside of two days. I guess when you're as busy as they are, you don't have to satisfy everybody. If you going for a E-Check, just DIY at one of the self-service kiosks, super easy.
