Brought my car in for an oil change. Shortly after leaving the shop and driving about 5 miles I noticed an odd odor coming into the cabin. Pull over and opened the hood. Found the oil filler cap was not installed. Oil had spilled out and splattered the passenger side of the engine. Luckily the filler cap was sitting on top of the washer fluid container. I returned to Mathewson's and they did a great job cleaning up the oil and checking fluid levels. I am a loyal Mathewson customer for several years and feel this was a once in a lifetime error and will continue to have Mathewson service my vehicle.
