Repair time
I’ve been disappointed with the amount of time my repairs have taken for the last couple appointments. When I make an appointment for 7:30 am and my car isn’t ready till 3:30 pm, that’s been inconvenient.

The manager Andrew claims to be a good guy, this is false. I was employed there for 9 months and most of the employees and customers liked me. Except a few bad eggs. I recently had my second child 6 weeks ago. I was given a HUGE job offer that I had to take that doubled my salary. I did the right thing and gave my notice with a minimum of 8 weeks for them to find AND train my replacement. And yesterday without warning they chose to fire me claiming false accusations of “lack of motivation, can’t train someone who’s leaving, too many mistakes, ect” they purposely worded it to make it sound like i resigned immediately when that was ridiculous when i have a family to provide for now being out of a job for weeks. The manager claimed to train me but yet in 5 months of me being an advisor he did not train me in any way. He underpaid me purposely in 93 hours of a pay period with LESS the the GUARANTEED salary which was a joke. The service there is far from great, engines take weeks, appointments are always a month out, Jon Klaus is an Arrogant advisor who rarely accepts accountability and is quick to put the brain on others. Joe and Marcie are the best people to deal with hands down. I pray you never need to deal with Andrew or Jon.
