Going the extra mile
McCollum’s kept at it until the problem was resolved. This one wasn’t easy as the culprit was a [cheap] brand new part installed by the previous owner that intermittently reared its ugly head. The reason I take my vehicles to McCollum's is because they are honest and fair. They’ve earned my trust.

Always my go to for repairs
I've been going to McCollum for auto repairs for years. Always satisfied with the work and timeliness. Tasha, at the front desk, is a great addition to the team and goes out of her way to be friendly, helpful and professional while riding herd on a shop full of mechanics and vehicles needing to be repaired and keeping owners informed. Like everyone else, when I have a breakdown, I would like to have it fixed immediately but I know they will get it done as soon as possible.

An auto shop a fully trust
McCollum has been so helpful with multiple cars over the years. My son got his first vehicle and they got it safe and running. They are great communicators and I would highly recommend.
