Missing charging adapter.
Brought my 2020 Ionic in for unable to charge issue. I had just received a tesla adaptor from Hyundai earlier. I put the adapter in back of car so they could make sure it worked when it was done.Had car towed to dealer. CJ in service was excellent helping me. Repair took 3 and a half months to fix. When I picked up car, the adaptor was not in car. They say they knew nothing about it. Dealer and corporate will do nothing to resolve this problem. If you leave your car there, please make sure to remove EVERYTHING in car. Jack, tire, charging cable, or they will not help you replace it.
