Had my vehicle for 2 days, 2/3 things that we asked to be fixed had no action taken on them. One was evaluated, determined it was a special order, and decided not to fix based on that without communicating with me at all. The other (just clearing out some glass stuck in the hatch) was simply not done/ignored.

Very bad service
Had a appointment for my vehicle waited for a week for the appointment then they told me I was not on the schedule them ask me if I can bring it at 11 am so I did them told me the tech cannot do the work because it was raining ask me to bring it on Friday same situation I was no on the schedule so I waited a whole week of work and the technician just recalibrated the ccu only and the suspension still make noise very bad service

Took my 2021 jeep compass with only 4000 miles on it for an oil change. I drove the car to the dealership. They pulled the car into the garage. They then came and told me my car would not start. The auxiliary battery for the auto start/stop was reading low. This is the third time in a row my car had problems during or after an oil change at this dealership. Was informed that every car purchased at that dealership is having problems not starting. The cost for this repair was nearly 600 dollars including the oil change. The time before, car would not start, dealership charged nearly 400 dollars to update the codes in the computer system. This is totally ridiculous. Almost 1000 dollars for same problem. unfortunately, I will never buy a vehicle from Jeep again. I usually only buy GM vehicles and will definitly trade this junk in soon.
