My new Jeep had 180 miles on it when I picked up a nail in the tire, unfortunately the nail was to far to the outside so it could not be repaired. The dealership told me of a program I had on the car that allowed me to replace the tire with only a small charge for the labor. Thank you

The car sat in the parking for 47 days repeated calling asking what’s going on with it. Hardly any response definitely amateur hour there. I wouldn’t send a lawnmower in there to get repaired.
You need to get your act together in your service department was an awful experience and I’ve told everybody that I know vehicle sat for 47 days, drove it and had to have it towed home
