Came in for Alignment, discovered other issues
I like to thank the team for getting me in on short notice Saturday morning. Initially I came in for an alignment, then shortly Spencer notified me that the rear brake pads and rotors were worn down and need to be replaced. 3 hours of my time well spent and I’m off to the races!

Great experience.
I had an issues with a sized drain plug, and even though they had to replace the pan they did the best they could, I was pleased when they were done.

Annoying rattle
As always, they were able to find the rattle and offer a reasonable lead priced alternative to what would've been a rather expensive repair on a six-year-old car.

Unexpected charges
When I picked up the vehicle. The price was double the quoted price. I brought a kit in to have installed. A bolt was broke in intake mount and was repaired. They changed my fuel filters and added a disaster prevention kit that I brought in to them.

Battery change
My battery died and they were able to get it fixed very quickly so I would not miss a commitment. The battery is more difficult to replace because of its location, but they got it done so I could get on the road!
