Tow Truck Service done right!!
My car broke down so I called AAA. They sent a tow truck technician from MD Auto named Felipe. I can’t say enough about how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful he was. He went above and beyond to help us by checking under the hood to find the problem which he did. It was a shredded belt. I’m sorry I couldn’t tip him more because he certainly deserved more. Such a rarity to meet someone nice these days. Whatever they’re paying him is probably not enough. Thank you!

Hard to find parts 25 year old Jaguar
Matt located a hard to find part I needed, actually got it from Europe. Jaguar does not stock parts for their cars that are more than 25 years old. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Charles said he loves the convenience of going to this family-owned business, and he loves the guys that work there. This time he took his vehicle in for a scheduled appointment, and it was an hour and a half before Matt the owner found an open bay to work on his vehicle. He offered to re-schedule because he doesn't like to wait, but they got him in and everything worked out fine.

Very thorough service
Went in for an oil change. I know upselling is standard business practice, but they don’t pressure you and let you know what will be needed in the future vs what needs to be done for safety vs what is in good condition. This is done with pictures and they will show you in person if you want.
They don’t take advantage of you and their pricing is fair, upfront, and honest.
