“I brought my black Range Rover HSE to Mean Dean’s Automotive in Moyock, NC. They refused to run a diagnostic test and told me I needed a new engine without evidence. When I asked for my key to be returned, I was told it was placed in the vehicle — but it wasn’t — which forced me to pay extra for a tow. I felt I was treated disrespectfully and believe I was discriminated against. I do not recommend this shop based on my experience.”
