I asked who they recommended in the immediate area who were AAA Certified, and he said he believed Mears was. As an employee of AAA, I recalled they indeed were and gave them a ring to see about a diagnosis. From the moment I.walked through the door 10 minutes later, where I met the kind reassurance of the General Manager Randy, I knew I had rhe right place for any and all of my automotive service needs.
I inquired about a complimentary diagnostic check and he offered 3 open appointments, a complimentary car while mine would be investigated and a promise of immediate communication should the matter take longer than an hour to discover the root of this warning.
Traggic was a beast on the way to drop my car, so as a courtesy, I called to let them know I was running just a few minutes late, and the sweet sunshine that came through the line from the Customer Service Manager Amy, assured me I'd be right on time, and that the vehicle they'd prepared for me to utilize would be waiting for me, and it WAS. Already running and waiting, after a quick check-in to touch base, I hopped in and headed off to work.
Just prior to lunch, Jeremy , Customer Service Manager let me know they'd found the issue. Undoubtedly, due to the negligence at a Quick Oil change facility recently, the damages caused instilled a slight panic in me. I was met with calm, professional and expert explanations of what parts are affected, how they all work on my vehicle, and what must be done to resolve the issue to prevent further damages.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle in exchange for the loaner I'd used to get to work on time, Jeremy and Randy truly assured me they have my back and are THE premier facility in Central Indiana for all of your automotive needs. I am a fan for life and whoever asks me where to take their car for repairs will hear the response, "100% Mears". Outstanding, courteous and professional service across the board!
