Friendly, knowledgeable staff and no high-pressure sales tactics.
I had done some research and wanted to test drive a Santa Cruz. A friend happened to mention that her husband had a Hyundai which he liked and they had it serviced at Medlin. With the friend's recommendation, I decided to try Medlin. I was pleased with the people I met and with how they treated me. I would have given five stars but they are doing "market pricing" -- charging over the MSRP because of the inventory shortage.
