I've been coming here for 1.5 years. Appointments made over the phone have "not been in the system" when I arrive and my interior has been full of grease marks, but the price was reasonable.
Well, with this latest "service", I'm not coming back! When they said my car was ready after the "oil change", 5 hours after my appointment time, the car was making a wining noise. Three staff members explained that my belts are dry and that I probably will need to replace them, but otherwise I was ready to go. I barely made it a mile before having to turn back because my dashboard was lite up and my car was jerking. It was determined that my transmission fluid had been drained!
I give the service a solid one star because they did tow my car to the dealership and pay for costs related to their employee's mistake. Greg, the owner, and Meineke have refused to give me a partial refund for the 1.5 days it took them to do my oil change and for the time I wasted dealing with this. I was told "your time does not get compensated." And I only wanted a partial refund.
