One Thing After Another
From overbooking to out of line pricing, I’m throughly concerned about the quality of wor, the length of time they take (several people in tge waiting area were grumbling because their cars still weren’t taken in an hour after their appointment times)
I waited there five hours and they claimed to have called me about something, but my phone showed no incoming call & my phone was by my side the entire five hours. Did I say I waited FIVE HOURS!?!😵‍💫 AND to make matters worse, I had been sitting there the entire time AND I GUESS THEY FORGOT. 😖
So, one would think after a five hour wait my car would be done. Wait WHAT??! All that was done was the rear brakes were disassembled. And they want $2000*!?!?? For rear brakes? Am I delusional, or is that whack!? So tomorrow they’ll send an Uber to get me, which is also the way I got home tonight. This is my second (last?) time going business there. I purchased tires there three weeks ago & a kid told me my brakes would need work in the future. And in less than 3 weeks I was grind metal to metal. Wouldn’t it have been helpful & CONSIDERATE to tell me that they were dangerously worn?! Damn. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The only reason I went there was because it’s Memorial Day weekend, nobody’s open.
