Great communication and proper expectations set
Had work done on an 06 chevy malibu. Called for a quote and they got back to me within the hour. Kept me well informed on the progress and adjusting the estimated time to be done. Had a small hiccup during the service but they communicated it quickly and with an updated quote. Very flexible on pickup when it was ready. This is the second vehicle I have had serviced there and both experiences have been great. They even showed pictures of some of the parts that were bad.
