Accurate and honest
I had my car towed to their shop, they got to it sooner than I expected; it was just a dead battery and gave me a call back to let me know (they tried calling a couple of times since I missed the call). When I picked the car up they let me know (no pressure) of a couple of other maintenance issues I may want to fix in near future. I like the fact that I've seen the same staff persons for quite some time; small shop, but very efficient.
