Thorough, Fast, Kind
My experience with Dean and Krystal has been all around 5 stars. I love that they provide videos of what's needed! Getting my car in for diagnostic was quick. The work was quick, including a part that had to be ordered from Spokane. From diagnostic to pickup it was around 48 hours, maybe less. I am excited to have been referred to Dean by my usual mechanic, and look forward to utilizing him in the future.

Albertans in a bind
Our truck broke down 3 pm on Friday of the long weekend. The tow truck driver recommended Meyer Mechanic Service. Every other place we called said they wouldn't take a look until Tuesday. We reached out and Crystal answered the call. She said we can look at your truck at 10 am the next morning. She stayed late as the tow truck arrived after closing and helped us find other transportation. She is a first rate lady! Dean called the next morning with the repairs required and the quote. He had us back on the road the next day @ 4pm. If you are ever in need of a Mechanic don't hesitate and give Meyer Mechanic Service a call. Dean is a first rate gentlemen and a great Mechanic.

Customer focuses and effective communication
Crystal followed up with me a number of times during my scheduling and post scheduling process to ensure they had all the information needed to get me in for my diagnostic appointment. Dean took the time to walk me through a detailed overview of what he felt was wrong with my truck and offered guidance on next steps and why it would make sense to go with warrantied parts that I could get serviced anywhere in the country if I were out of the state, which I frequently am. Not necessarily the cheapest based on what was proposed, but I believe they stand behind quality work and only installing quality products. So if these are most important to you, rest assured that this mechanic shop is an honest and forward-thinking business. Would recommend

Clean, friendly, efficient and excellent
My first impression was how clean and neat the garage was kept. Krystal was very helpful and Dean brought the expertise. He identified the problem, provided an estimate for the repair, and completed the work all in the same day. Great shop and excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Honest Opinion on what it will cost to restore
My 2005 Jeep was towed into Meyer’s Mechanic for evaluation & repair after the right front lower ball joint broke.
Dean was very honest about identifying the effects of winter corrosion that impaired a quick and easy repair.
In the end, I chose to turn in the vehicle for salvage rather than spend more than it was worth fixing it.
I really appreciated his honesty and not sugar coating the condition.

First off, Krystal, the gal that runs the office is fantastic. Very courteous, friendly, and professional. I liked that she was punctual with updates. I trust Mike, the owner/mechanic. I feel like he is honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. I have been pleased with the quality of the work that has been completed on my Ford f-150.

Major work needing done.
Dropped vehicle off to have rear brakes and rotors done only to find out my calipers seized up. More money was needed and Dean and Krystal both were very accomodating to me trying to come up with extra money. In the end, thanks to some angels, my car was fixed and back on the road. Would highly recommend this business to anyone needing repairs, small or big. Very fair pricing, understanding nature, and complete trust in letting Meyer Mechanic work on my vehicle. Couldn't be happier!!
