Bevan Robinson customer & Shane the customer representative.
Shane was very courteous and took the time to listen to what was wrong with the car so the technician could get to the root of the problem with the car. He followed -up with me by text and sent phots pretending to the service that was rendered. I felt like i was involved every step of the way and I didn't have to follow-up with him because he kept up to date on the service of my car.
