Dropped my car off for an 8:00 a.m. quote appointment on Wednesday. Called later that day, was told I'd get a call back, I did not. Called on Thursday, again was told I would get a call back, did not. Finally got a call on Friday. No explanation for why it took them 48 hours for a quote.

Hey Dennis. I tried to call and left a vm. we had a bit of diag time in making sure the quote was correct. I had a fill in office lady and i apologize she wasnt able to explain the job when you called back in. She was suposed to direct the call to my cell for questions.
