Terrible Laughable Experience
Told 30 minutes for oil change even had an appointment!! 1.5 hrs later I’m still waiting. Looks inefficient as hell team is wandering around no direction and customers being upsold non stop!! Holy crap!! Will send another update when completed! Wasted my fn time!!!

2 hrs 15min after a 12pm APPOINTMENT for an OIL CHANGE I ended up leaving as now they were waiting for an oil filter from Advance Auto Parts in Pawtucket. Took my car out of there without the oil filter. What a colossal cluster F. Wow the strangest car maintenance experiences I’ve ever had. Congratulations Midas!!
