USES SCARE TACTICS AND PADS YOUR BILL
Went in March for an oil change (had coupon w/ get free tire rotation), met by grumble bunny running front desk (Braydon? Brandon?). Once they looked at my car, mechanic came out w/a 2pg list of things that needed to be fixed. I knew car needed some TLC before getting safety inspection, but this was ridiculous. Here are some, but not all of what they said I needed with labor. New battery ($393), radiator flush package ($149), Serpentine Belt ($265), Differential Fluid ($165) and Tie Rods Outer and Inner ($1064). Total of everything on list, $2561.84. Mechanic told me car would NEVER pass inspection if Tie Rods weren't done. Ah, the old "Scare Tactics." Said thank you and took the 2pg list to my honest mechanic in Natick. The one thing I needed was a battery. My honest mechanic only charged $230 instead of $393 from Midas, NO Serpentine Belt needed, NO Tie Rods needed (don't forget, I HAD TO have Tie Rods done to pass inspection according to Midas), My honest mechanic found something Midas actually missed. Car had a defective Flex Hose $158. Won't list everything done, but total bill from Natick Auto Clinic $1473 instead of $2561 from Midas. What a difference and my car is running great! Oh yeah, guess who passed inspection without getting her Tie Rods done? THIS GIRL! Side note, Midas never rotated my tires! (free w/ coupon at the beginning of all this). LOL...The decision is yours!

Great overall experience for my oil change & tire rotation. Called at 12:00noon and they got me in at 3:00pm and was done by 4:30pm.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER
They lied, they played, they keep me there for almost 4 hours and my car was ready and nobody told me. The guy was using the phone while working. My car got back worst than was when i bring in.
So AVOID THIS STORE. I will be in court monday to open a complaint.

A rude man at the front desk
There was a guy at the front desk. He moved so slowly and ignored when I asked “is it all set?” and I waited there another 5 min and asked again. Then he replied “what?.” Not only this, his attitude was sooo bad and I really don’t want to visit again because of that guy. I loved this place because of kind people and nice care on my cars. But I don’t want to come again. He behaved like he doesn’t need any customers.

Botched appointment and no phone call
Quick and to the point. Scheduled a 4pm oil change and tire rotation. Drove to the loction from Shrewsbury. They were behind and couldnt take me. Said they called me to tell me say notified me. After calling back they called some random person not me.

In a nutshell heard good things about the location. Read pretty good reviews to boot. Cant properly schedule a service or make a phone call. Do you want them working on your vehicle? I now know that I don't and will make sure my wife gets her vehicle serviced somewhere else for now on.

I went here for a used car check ..before buying
I went for a used car check….and am very impressed with the staff here .. especially Andrew and Palmer. Everyone in the shop is courteous and pleasant.
They explained what their tests showed…offered me options, and answered my many, many questions !
I am looking forward to getting this work done and relying on them in the future.

Just poor service all around employees were arguing about overtime in the service bay, had to bring it in twice cause they didn’t even look at it the first time I brought the vehicle in and vehicle still has an issue with it after iv picked it up, bringing it somewhere else now.

Road trip emergency
My husband and I are on an east coast road trip from Indiana. Ran over something and had slow leak in tire. Checked 2 tire places while driving Friday evening, they couldn’t get us in but aired up tire. We stayed at a hotel near a Midas on purpose Friday night. Went to Midas first thing Saturday morning before they opened. Explained situation to the manager, got us in right away, found the problem and plugged it. We were in and out in 30 minutes! And we have continued on with our road trip. Thank you Midas at Westborough!! You seriously were a life safer and helped make our road trip continue to be awesome?
