Had four new mud and snow tires installed on ford truck. Local Ford dealer could not supply the desired replacement tire. Requested tire was ordered and delivered in one day and appointment was set up for installation. Communication was excellent and car was complete when promised. Explanation was provided on weight distribution on tires and for life time balance and flat repair.
