Worst Service EVER
This was hands down the worst experience EVER! They had my classic Datsun 280ZX for 14 WEEKS fir a/c repair! They "lost" the instructions to return the compressor under warranty and said it needed an expansion valve job. 8 wks & $938 later I got it back & no cruise control & a/c not fixed. THEN It's the compressor and they lost paperwork. Another 6 wks & total frustration with Keith, I got it back. I'm out $938 and no fix. According to Keith, the family owners never come in and there is no other management for customers to discuss problems. My experience - the "Manager" can't handle paperwork and the owners don't care about customer service issues or employee incompetence
