First time there and already feel my vehicle is in good hands.
Excellent staff from a first visit. Feel they have your best interest when your vehicle is in need of maintenance and repairs. Great customer service and recommended from other shops that were too busy to take on the job.

As usual, exceptional
Needed to get a coolant leak fixed and see my van back in service quickly. They were unable to accommodate my schedule, but let me know well in time to create an alternate plan. They explained the best practice scope of work, which made good sense, and to which I agreed. They also graciously accommodated my delayed pick-up due to a scheduled trip. I always feel very respected, and informed by the staff

Excellent Service, As Always
They fixed the thermostat on my 2019 GMC Acadia, which requires the manifold to be removed. They always do a great job and are friendly and professional. I bring all my vehicles to Middleton, they are probably the best shop in Hillsboro by far.

80K check up
2016 Acura ILX needed a lot of scheduled care at 80,000 miles - transmission flush, brake fluid flush, front brake pads, replace warped front rotors, oil change, and new battery. Acura dealer was much more expensive with their estimate. Middleton was complete and fair with their estimate.
Great communication before, during, and after the service. Felt like they were partners with us in getting our ILX ready for its next 80K!

Highly recommend
Got an oil change and quick inspection. The service was great and fast. Everyone there is very nice and explain in good detail about things you need to know with your car. I was done with everything in an hour. They also have a nice coffee bar and clean bathroom!
