Thank you for your feedback , we use this kind of information to make our shop better everyday. Looking at the ticket from were you were here we do see the information that was provided. First we want to apologize first for the wait , we have been very busy lately however your appointment was for 9am and arrive at 8am so had to work some thing around to get you in as quickly as possible. As for your tires they did measure between 9/32 and 5/35 all around and typically to be replaced we recommend them to be at 4/32 or lower. However they all did have alignment wear which is a viable reason to be replaced. We were more than happy to call your warranty company to advise them of your concern . However i believe the missed communication was with the vehicle its self, to align your specific vehicle it requires weights to be added to the seats to get a correct alignment and our alignment machine does not have that ability. We recommended taking it to a dealership for the alignment but we would be happy to do the tires and get approval from the warranty company. If you would like to come back , for us to call the warranty company we will be more than happy to do. Once again we apologize and we would love to make it right for you
