Very Helpful, Very Satisfied.
I brought my truck in because it started to vear off road, found out my hubs needed replaced. They contacted my extended warranty company and had me back on the road in record time. My truck now drives straight again. Great job, Thank you.

Purchased a vehicle through carvana that arrived with front tires needing to be replaced. They have a warranty company that will handle those repairs within the first few days, but you have to get it evaluated at one of their preferred car service providers. So I made an appointment under their site with this company to have the tires of a Volkswagen evaluated. Clearly stated the evaluation was for tires for a Volkswagen, when they called me to confirm the appointment again. Confirmed it was for the tires for a Volkswagen evaluated to see if they needed to be replaced. Confirmed the appointment twice online and by the phone call, all within a day of each other. Vehicle gets taken in 9:00 appointment sat there and waited an hour and a half. Finally, they evaluate the tires. To be informed that in order to be replaced the thread has to be less than 4/32". Mine were 5/32", so needless to say they're claiming that they don't need to be replaced, but would need to be replaced soon. So when asked if they were going to call the warranty company and find out if they would replace them now, they said yes that they could call them but that they can't service Volkswagen tires because they need something special with balancing them. So basically since they weren't going to be getting any money because I was going to have to take it to a Volkswagen dealership, they didn't bother to even call the warranty company and let them know that the tires do definitely need to be replaced but they're claiming that they don't because they wouldn't make the money out of it. So if you want a waste of time to sit there for an hour and a half for something that took 5 minutes and then to be told that they can't service the vehicle that they clearly knew you were bringing in to be evaluated and serviced, then by all means go to them but I would recommend going to somebody else. And carvana needs to use a different service provider.

Thank you for your feedback , we use this kind of information to make our shop better everyday. Looking at the ticket from were you were here we do see the information that was provided. First we want to  apologize first for the wait , we have been very busy lately however your appointment was for 9am and arrive at 8am so had to work some thing around to get you in as quickly as possible. As for your tires they did measure between 9/32 and 5/35 all around and typically to be replaced we recommend them to be at 4/32 or lower. However they all did have alignment wear which is a viable reason to be replaced. We were more than happy to call your warranty company to advise them of your concern . However i believe the missed communication was with the vehicle its self, to align your specific vehicle it requires weights to be added to the seats to get a correct alignment and our alignment machine does not have that ability. We recommended taking it to a dealership for the alignment but we would be happy to do the tires and get approval from the warranty company. If you would like to come back , for us to call the warranty company we will be more than happy to do. Once again we apologize and we would love to make it right for you

State Inspection
They were very busy the day I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and although I was hoping for an oil change also, they were able to get me in and out for that state inspection regardless. They were friendly, fast, and courteous. It is obvious they are treating customers well by the busy-ness of the shop. I have been a returning customer for several years now and have always been very pleased with the service they provide.

No Charge for hours of Labor!
