I came in with a slashed tire. Klaus inspected my tires and I needed all 4 replaced. He made over-the-top efforts to get my tires the next day, but something went wrong. He drove me home so I didn’t have to wait there for the tires to come in. He brought my car back and we drove him back to the shop on our way to a dinner in Baltimore.
