Trip!
Matt was super sure to check out my Escape for a road trip to Kansas! He checked EVERYTHING out and made sure we would have a pleasant and SAFE trip! I really appreciate the time spent! Always love the warm welcome I get and the detailed run-down of all work done on my vehicle. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, too! I won't go anywhere else to have service on my car!

Disappointed
I was expecting replacing the transmission fluid by rotating the torque converter and changing the filter, but a normal drain was done with a refill of about 3 quarts. I was also surprised that there was an additional 4% charge for use of a credit card.
